Does The womens fitness gym "Curves" really work?

I don’t know…I have heard people claim that it does but I haven’t seen much visible proof on the claimants. I think it is geared more towards people have been leading a somewhat sedentary life – people are more than just a little overweight and perhaps older women. I personally don’t find it appealing to me. I feel like I’m doing nothing If I’m not spending a minimum of one hour in the gym and prefer closer to 2 (and producing sweat and exhaution while at it).

A gym is ONLY the equipment. YOU are what makes it work.

It depends on what you are looking for…Curves is not the place where you can build muscles. It’s for obese people to get moderate exercises.

my friend likes curves. They are the 30 minute workout place. I prefer a regular gym. I can spent as much time as I want.

see if they have a trial membership. and also try your local recrection center. I am a memeber of Ida Lee a rec center in Leesburg, VA. I love it! It was cheaper and have pools as well as tennis courts, classes , etc etc.
