Strengthen Your Abdominal Muscles and Have Rock Hard Sexy Abs Within a Week

Many people dream of having sexy firm abs however due to the amount of time and dedication it takes unfortunately many people do not make their dream come true. The old age way to make a set of rock hard abs involved spending hours in the gym and taking many protein supplements.

However as the years have progressed peoples lives have become more hectic and finding time to pursue our hobbies has become a task within itself. There is a new way however to strengthen your abdominal muscles and have a set of six-pack abs without changing your daily routine.

The plan is separated into three parts and when combined produce fantastic results without a lot of effort. The first part focuses on your diet. In order to strengthen your abdominal muscles many people go straight to toning the muscles up however they do not get rid of their fat first. Therefore it takes twice as long for the rock hard set of abs to show through.

By following the eating part of this plan you will bring your overall body fat percentage down to under 10%. Not only will you see the results of your work out quicker but you will also see fat disappear from other areas of your body at the same time, such as your calves and under the arms. Overall it is not just your abdominal muscles that will look good but the rest of you as well.

The second part of the plan involves an all over body work out. To assume that you should only work on your abdominal muscles is old techniques. By performing an all over body work out it gets the energy flowing all through your body, your metabolism rate will also rise so it burns the fat away from your mid section quicker. The main plus has to be that the workout will not leave you feeling tired after.

The third part of the plan is simply to keep up a positive mind to see the results of when you strengthen your abdominal muscles. So it involves learning how to avoid the junk foods cravings and finding ways to work out even if you only have a quick ten minutes to spare. The aim is to make the workout and diet all part of your normal average day so you do not feel that you are going out of your way or spending excess energy without seeing results.

2010 Road Map to 6 Pack Abs Workout Challenge – Week 8 Exercises

Hey everyone and welcome back to the ultimate 6 pack workout challenge.  I want to encourage you all to keep going and getting these exercises in 6 to 7 times a week.  Keep focusing on your diet and keeping it clean.  Don’t forget to drink your water, limit your fats and limit your calorie intake from liquids.  That being said, let jump right into it and get to the exercises.

12 Weeks to 6 Pack Abs Workout Challenge – Week 8 Exercises

Exercise 1:  Dueling Clocks

2 Sets of 12 Rep Clockwise & 12 Reps Counter Clockwise

Exercise 2:  Crunch & Tuck

2 Sets of 12

Exercise 3:  Prayer Crunch

2 Sets of 10 to 12 Reps

Exercise 4:  Corkscrews

2 Sets of 10 to 12 Reps in Each Direction

Exercise 5:  Inverted V’s

2 Sets of 15 Reps

Don’t forget to keep the intensity up when you are performing these workouts and take as few breaks as possible.  You want to get a good workout and a good sweat on when you are doing these ab workouts.  Keep it controlled and slow and keep tension on those abs on each and every rep.
