<p>Learn The Real Truth and Secrets About Abs</p>
<p>The first and most important thing to get control of in order to lose your belly fat and get flat abs is cleaning up your diet. Working out is important, but your diet trumps all when it comes to losing body fat so that you can see your abs.</p>
<p>There&#8217;s so much disarray these days about what a healthy diet that pushes fat loss really is&#8230; after all, we are so overwhelmed by conflicting messages in the media about what is healthy and what is not, and you have all of these gimmicky diet books about low carb, low fat, high protein, vegetarian, fasting, atkins, south beach, liquid diets, and hundreds more. There&#8217;s so much conflicting information, that the average consumer doesn&#8217;t even know where to start when it comes to eating for fat loss.</p>
<p>Another thing, is to focus on the intensity of your workouts and focus on working the body as a whole in order to get the best metabolic response to lose that stubborn stomach fat.</p>
<p>In order to really get lean, the workouts should have a high intensity levels, with short periods of rest, working out the largest muscle groups of the body, instead of trying to isolate specific small muscles like the biceps, triceps, or calves.</p>
<p>For the last thing, let&#8217;s talk about actually training the abs specifically. When it comes to training the abs, if you want real results, I always recommend forgetting about the stupid floor exercises for the most part. They are ok for someone that is really out of shape, but most people that are very well conditioned need a much better stimulus for their abs than crunches and situps. Crunches are one of the abs workouts that actually provide the least amount of resistance, and remember that resistance is what develops and tones the muscles.</p>
<p>I provide a ton of great abs workouts in my book, but one of &#8220;THE&#8221; highest resistance exercises for the abs, is hanging leg raises (but NOT the way you see most people in the gym doing them). The key to doing these and actually working the hell out of your abs is to curl your pelvis up as you raise your legs. Almost nobody ever does this right. To be honest, the majority of people can&#8217;t do this at first, but I provide some tips and tricks in my book as to how to progress to doing these correctly.</p>
<p>I know this might sound funny to some people, but the MAIN thing that people are doing wrong to get those flat 6-pack abs is&#8230; are you ready for this?</p>
<p>They spend entirely too much time focusing on training their abs! WAY too much time is spent on abs exercises. Sounds crazy, but it&#8217;s the true.</p>
<p>Remember, having a flat and visible six pack of abs is all about getting down to a low body fat percentage. In order to do that, your workouts must focus on stimulating a fat burning hormonal environment in your body, and increasing your metabolic rate. That just doesn&#8217;t happen when you focus too much time training a small muscle group like the abs.</p>
<p>Instead, you must use the majority of your time working and focusing on training the largest muscle groups of the body like the legs, back, and chest. That&#8217;s what stimulates your metabolism and the fat burning hormones that will get you truly lean and sporting a flat six pack of abs!</p>
<p>When it comes to forming the six pack abs themselves, I again refer to any kinds of hanging abs exercises, as well as some good floor abs exercises like lying leg thrusts (all described and illustrated in my book).</p>
<p>However, maximum definition in the abs and mid section comes from losing body fat, and the most effective exercises featured in my program for that goal are various forms of swings and snatches (unique dumbbell or kettlebell exercises that almost nobody ever does in normal gyms), squats, dead lifts, lunges, step-ups, cleans &amp; presses, mountain climbers, sprinting, and other full body exercises and calisthenics. If you want great looking flat six pack abs, focus on those instead of focusing so much on training the abs directly!</p>
<p>I have included a fully comprehensive discussion of this topic in my book, which accounts for almost 2/3 of the book, but I&#8217;ll try to make some nice simple generalizations to get people started on the right path immediately. The most important thing is that your diet needs to be as natural and unprocessed as possible. It almost always comes back to the over processing of food that makes it unhealthy, and makes it totally wreck your metabolism and hormonal balance in your body.</p>
<p>For example, why eat refined grains, when you can eat whole grains (even better than whole grains are sprouted grains, as I usually recommend limiting grain foods overall for best results).</p>
<p>Why eat refined sugar, when you can get natural sources of sugar from a high nutrient whole foods like fruit. Why eat highly processed, refined, and hydrogenated vegetable oils (these are THE worst things to eat in the modern diet), when you can eat natural sources of healthy fats like nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organically raised meat, and so forth.</p>
<p>The point is to not fall for some gimmick like extremely low carbs (although I do believe in a fairly reduced carb intake as that is a big problem for most people), low fat, super high protein, or any other combination that has you focusing on one macronutrient vs. another.</p>
<p>Your body needs all macronutrients it can get to thrive and obtain a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. Trying to cut an entire food group out just works against what your body needs in the long run. I get into much more detail on this vitally important topic towards losing body fat (especially that stubborn stomach fat) for life in my book.</p>

If a person possesses defined abs, that person is usually regarded as being in exceptional shape. I believe it has something related to the fact that the abdominal area is a last place to lose unwanted fat, so if a man is defined for the reason that area he is likely in great shape all round. The crazy thing is always that if you go directly into most gyms, I would estimate that lower than 5% of the trainees actually have got a six pack. The challenge lies from the belief that people have a misunderstanding of what must be done to achieve this magnificent look.</p>
<p>These days in the event you go into any gymnasium, you will see a big focus on &#8220;core workouts. &#8221; Personal trainers have people doing a number of crazy exercises on training balls which supposedly forces the entire body to stabilize itself applying &#8220;core muscles. &#8221; Concentrating on the core muscles allegedly tones the abs to obtain a six pack stomach muscles. I see personal trainers devoting nearly 1/2 of the client&#8217;s time concentrating on exercises which work the actual core. The funny thing is always that I see people make it happen week in and weeks time out and none these people get any closer which will get six pack abs.</p>
<p>Another way of thinking is to work abs hard every single day. There are tons of exercises which consentrate on the abdominal muscles. A lot of people use various floor exercises for example crunches or sit-ups. People also use machines for their quest for six wrap abs. Some people recommend working the abs each day or every other day time. Some tell you to utilize high reps and absolutely no weight or heavy weight like almost every other muscle. I see a lot of people do this 7 days in and week out and what happens&#8230;very few of those have six pack washboard abs!</p>
<p>I use a defined midsection year circular, but it wasn&#8217;t always doing this. I followed the above recommendations and still did not get that six group look. Believe it or perhaps not, a back injury helped me discover what works best for getting six pack abs! Ok , i&#8217;ll elaborate&#8230;I sustained a back injury 5 issue and was unable that you&#8217;re performing any crunch movement pain free. I was bummed away, because I had any vacation to Cancun organized 8 months later. I needed to look great from a swimsuit and have firm 6-pack abs. I had to give that up on working my washboard abs directly for 8 complete months! I was persuaded that my abs would certainly look flabby. A nuts thing happened&#8230;I had amazing hard six pack abs in time regarding my vacation and WE didn&#8217;t do one belly exercise for 8 many months!</p>
<p>Okay, since time I haven&#8217;t worked abs directly whatsoever and my midsection looks much better than ever. I am convinced that having hard six pack abs showing is 95% about our bodies fat percentage and possibly 5% or less concerning working the abs. The thing is that, all of us curently have a nice six load up&#8230;it is just undetectable under a layer involving fat. I guarantee that in case you get your body weight to 10% or decrease, you will have amazing washboard abs for the world to view. My recommendation is that will drop your ab workout and spend that period on cardio. You would like nice abs? Hit that Treadmill or the Elliptical Appliance. Seriously, it the only way you can ever see those ab muscles.</p>

This would have been easily overlooked if it wasn&#8217;t for the fact that my family members had asked for extensive blood work to be done. Actually Vitamin Deficiency is one of the most common disorders that are overlooked by Physicians. It&#8217;s not that your Physician lacks common sense; it&#8217;s just that they have been conditioned to look for other ailments. The Prescription Drug Manufacturers target Doctors more then they target us. In fact I read a story written by a man who left medical school in the United States. His reasons had more to do with his morals then anything. In his story he explained that the majority of his classes and seminars focused on prescribing medication rather then preventive healthcare. He ended up moving over seas to do just that, focus on preventative healthcare, not writing out scripts all day.</p>

While getting gallstones after a cholecystectomy (removal of the gallbladder) is rare, it can occur and will require medical treatment. To understand how gallstones can return after gallbladder surgery, it is essential to understand the function of the gallbladder and how gallstones are formed.</p>
<p>Located just under the liver, the gallbladder is connected by the common bile duct to the liver. The liver produces bile, goes into the gallbladder and is then stored in the gallbladder. When we consume food, the gallbladder contracts and releases the bile through the common bile duct which finally travels into the small intestine. Bile is a fluid-like substance that helps our body digest the fats in the foods we consume.</p>
<p>Cholesterol in the bile forms deposits that resemble stones that can range in size from a tiny grain of sand to even golf ball size. These deposits are known as gallstones. While almost everyone has gallstones, only a portion of the population will develop complications from having these deposits. These complications occur when the gallstones block or become lodged in the duct, blocking the flow of bile.</p>
<p>Symptoms can range from minor to severe pain in the upper abdomen, upper back pain, nausea, and/or vomiting. Many times individuals may believe they are experiencing major indigestion and do not seek medical attention until the pain becomes unbearable. If the symptoms become reoccurring and begin to cause severe pain, a patient will usually undergo a cholecystectomy or gallbladder removal. While there are several procedures that can be done to find the formation of stones, I had a simple ultrasound that clearly showed the gallstones including the size.</p>
<p>After surgery, the bile will flow from the liver, through the common bile duct and into the small intestine. Because bile has to be produced for our bodies to work properly, stones can again become a problem. Although these stones will not be found in the gallbladder since the gallbladder has been removed, they can form in the bile ducts. This condition known as choledocholithiasis can cause the stones to travel and cause blockage of the pancreatic duct if left untreated.</p>
<p>ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography) is used to locate the stones in the bile ducts and can safely be removed. During this procedure, an endoscope is inserted down the throat and into the stomach until it reaches the small intestine. A light and camera at the end of the endoscope guides the surgeon and a dye is released into the bile duct so that the area becomes more visible. A small basket located on the endoscope will trap the stones and they are safely removed.</p>
<p>Since having a cholecystectomy, I have personally not had any side effects or any long-term problems. However, my doctor did educate me after my surgery about what causes the stones, the risk factors I have and how maintaining a proper diet was essential to prevent any further complications. Avoiding high-fat foods and keeping track of your cholesterol levels is important to preventing deposits formed by bile.</p>
