Well, for starters, you have to understand that getting ripped abs starts with losing the body fat. It’s the body fat that hides your natural muscles in your midsection, and you need to be able to trim that fat and that is how you are going to be able to reveal a set of six pack abs.

1. You have to cut down on caloric intake. More important than just cutting down the number of calories that you take in, is what kind of calories they are. Otherwise, you are going to always struggle to get power packed abs.

3. You need to have commitment to your goals of getting a six pack stomach.
