I’m a huge advocate of running. I know that it takes some effort and energy to make it happen, and I’m usually the first person to prefer just being lazy and relaxing in bed with a book or watching TV.
Even though it’s a nuisance sometimes, the one that that I’ve realized is that I’m always glad that I ran once the run is over. I think this says a lot.
No matter how easy or hard the run ways, my body is always uplifted once it’s all done. Any resistance all stems from the brain, which is good and bad. The good news is that we can overcome this all. Unfortunately, it’s still hard to do.
The benefits of running are both physical and psychological. Obviously, it keeps us all in good health. It gives us energy and burns fat, but it’s also a great emotional catalyst. If you run, you’ll have hormones produced that raise your spirits naturally.
