Female Six Pack- A Sure Gate To A Healthier And Sexier Look

Comments Off

A correct combination of workout and diet is crucial in getting the female six pack. Most fitness experts normally recommend a diet that is rich in proteins but low in carbohydrates. It is recommended that you reduce the carbohydrates intake especially during your last meal of the day. Staying motivated and focused is important. It is said that you should not work on your abs for more than three times in a week. You should rest for at least a day after the workout.

You should also exercise with the right posture so as to achieve the desired result. The abdominal workout should also be combined with cardiovascular exercises so as to burn fat. Women should not over-exercise the ab muscles because this can interfere with their hormone levels. A woman needs a certain percentage of fat; it is good for her well-being.

Some of the six pack abs exercises include cycling, crunches, leg crunches, scissors and the reverse crunches. Cycling is an exercise that does not only tone abs but also tones the obliques. To do this exercise, lie on your back and support the neck with your hands. Lift your shoulder off the floor and fold the left knee and pull it towards the chest.

With your right leg lifted off the floor to a 45 degree angle, turn towards the left side and touch your right elbow to the left knee. Repeat the exercise with your left elbow and the right knee, this time your left leg should be straightened at an angle of 45 degrees.  Crunches normally help to work the upper abs. If you do all these exercises and maintain a proper diet, you can achieve the female six pack abs.

Got Yeast Infection Bumps? Here Are Some Tips to Dealing With Them

Comments Off

Yeast infection bumps are part of the symptoms for a yeast infection also known as Candidiasis. Other symptoms include itching, discomfort, a thick discharge, a yeasty smell, pain when urinating and having sex and redness. For people with compromised immune systems candidiasis can even be fatal. Though the most common form of yeast infection is vaginal it can occur on the penis too. Having yeast infection bumps is embarrassing for many women so here are some tips on how to deal with them.

Washing frequently is very important but make sure you use soaps that are not going to worsen the yeast infection bumps. Harsh chemicals, scented products are both causes of skin irritation so use mild unscented soap. After you have cleaned yourself you need to also dry off thoroughly. Fungi thrive in environments that are warm and moist, it is why the vagina is so prone to infection. Keeping the area clean and dry is a big step to treating and preventing yeast infection bumps.

After going to the bathroom make sure you wipe front to back, from the vagina towards the anus rather than from the anus to the vagina. The latter can mean you are bringing bacteria and fungus to the vagina and can cause several types of infections.

Lubrication can also be an irritant. Some lubrication have oils and chemicals in them that worsen the yeast infection bumps so avoid them and use lubricants that are water soluble. If you are experiencing dryness during sex use a water soluble lubricating gel to stop any damage being done to the vagina.

Other contraceptive options can also be causing the yeast infection bumps. The pill changes your hormone levels and the imbalance can cause a yeast infection. Devices that you insert can also be the cause of infection. Abstain until treatment has been successful or use a condom.

Did you know that candida affects your breasts too? Having yeast infection under a breast is so uncomfortable. Don’t panic because this will end quickly if you read this breasts yeast infection facts.

A Look at Yeast Infection Symptoms and What a Yeast Infection Is

Comments Off

It is very common for a person to get at least one yeast infection in their lives, some are unlucky enough to have more. Some statistics report as many as three quarters of people will or have had one. Importantly for men to realize it is not a female infection that is just of the vagina, it can affect men too, and it comes in various forms, mouth (Thrush), throat, skin, vagina and penis (though rare it can happen).

The key point about yeast infections is that they are not something you pick up from somewhere or someone. They are caused by a fungus that already lives on you in small numbers. When a trigger leads to imbalance and the fungus, called Candida, can overgrow, a yeast infection happens. There are several species of candida that can cause yeast infections but the main one is candida albicans. The symptoms that are caused can vary, how severe the infection is can vary, even how it responds to treatment varies from person to person.

Triggers are usually an external factor, a product or chemical used, excess sweating and moisture caused by clothing, living in a climate that is warm, eating too much sugar, being on a prolonged course of antibiotics or steroids., are all common triggers.

Symptoms of a yeast infection include burning, soreness, itching, pain during sex, unusual vaginal discharge that resembles cottage cheese that is often odorless but can have a yeasty smell. Even though a yeast infection is not classed as an STD on rare occasions it can be passed on during sex to your partner, so either abstain until successfully treated or use a condom.

If your condition is severe your doctor may want to prescribe an anti-fungal treatment for you, but there are natural natural yeast infection treatment options that can be very effective for some cases. They are easy, affordable and unlike drugs are free of unwanted side effects. You also avoid building up a tolerance to medicated treatments. Make sure to identify what triggered your yeast infection in the first place so that you can avoid a re-occurrence.

The Most Effective Therapy For SI Joint Pain

Comments Off

The sacroiliac joints (SI joints) are formed by the sacrum and pelvis. The sacrum is like the tailbone at the base of the spine fits in between the two pelvis bones which are called the iliac bones. This joint is not a highly mobile joint because its role is largely one of providing stability and it is weight bearing in nature. Therefore it is held together by strong ligaments. Because this joint in under a lot of stress it is a common area to experience discomfort in and this is termed SI joint pain.

There are many problems that can arise in this joint and collectively they are referred to as sacroiliac joint dysfunction and lead to SI joint pain. Under this umbrella term you can have SI joint strain, SI joint inflammation and SI joint syndrome. The SI joint is a very important and often overlooked joint in the human body.

The causes of sacroiliac joint dysfunction can be varied. It is prone to degeneration like any other joint in the body, with the wearing away of shock absorbing cartilage. This leads to bones beginning to rub on each other and is termed osteoarthritis. This is likely the most common cause of SI joint pain and problem with most weight bearing joints of the body.

Another common cause of SI joint pain is pregnancy. During the stages of pregnancy the body releases special hormones in preparation for childbirth that help relax the ligaments. The resultant relaxing of the SI joint structure and increased pregnant bodyweight can cause problems. Add on top of this the changed walking and standing posture of pregnancy and you have a recipe for SI joint pain.

Anything that changes the normal walking cycle can place added strain on the SI joints. This can include if one leg is longer than the other (leg length discrepancy). Also pain in the lower back, knee, hip, foot or ankle can all change the pattern of walking and put uneven pressure on the joints and cause SI joint pain.

Females tend to be more prone to SI joint pain than males. This may be due to the anatomical differences in the bone structure of the body. There are two things that aggravate the SI joint. When sleeping on the side, the top thigh can drop in and this opens up the SI joint in a suspended and relaxed position. To prevent this it is recommended to sleep with a pillow placed between the legs. The other aggravating factor is cross legged sitting that is so typical of females. This puts the SI joint in a vulnerable position while bearing weight. The solution for this one is easy, just stop sitting cross legged.

There are some good physical therapies available for SI joint pain. Pilates and Yoga are highly recommended. Gaining flexibility in tight muscles can help with any uneven compensation that may be happening in the SI joints. Improving core stability is also a vital component for preventing SI joint strain. These activities can be seen as an investment in the health of your body, so make them part of your regular health routine.

Is Catfight Only A Sexist Wrestling?

Comments Off

Catfighting is really a sexist, derogatory word describing a brawl involving two women. The term conjures up an image of a frenzied, unmanageable struggle with fingernails used as principle weapons and also the fighters are simply animals.

But, like many terms of injustice, the word has been appropriated by combative ladies to mean another thing.

Read carefully now because many men and women still don’t “get” this:There is a different style of “catfighting”. It is referred to as “rules catfighting” and it has a long and treasured place in the history of women combative activities. It is only a wrestling match in which the ladies may use particular pain-oriented techniques such as hair-pulling, breast grabbing, and slapping. A rules catfight is PART of recreational wrestling.

Even though the term, in popular parlance, may well imply a brawl and the guidelines within our world might be designed to imitate such an affair, rules catfights totally prohibit punching, scratching, choking or biting. In a nutshell, they’re tough but not unsafe and the rules are established to prevent any injuries of any kind.

It has additionally lately been encountering a boom in the form of entertainment in several different forms. Cat fighting mass media displays forms from the more modern extreme catfight aspect, in which punching and kicking are included with the unoriginal variety of female strategies.. Such stereotypical displays of anger are often shown on the day time television talk show The Jerry Springer Show.

One of the highest profile cat fights in the media continues to be Miller Lite’s racy “Catfight” ads in 2002, which were pointed out by many as sexist. The careers of both performers in this commercial, Kitana Baker and Tanya Ballinger, enjoyed an essential boost. It is notable for the catfighters shedding some articles of clothing after a brawl

Bianka Robenson used to be professional wrestler and later entertainment catfighter. Currently she simply runs a Cat fights website and writes articles like catfighting, because she enjoys to inform people on this delicate subject.

You Have A Yeast Infection – Now What ?

Comments Off

Once you are sure you have a yeast infection there is no reason to feel embarrassment about it. It is a common infection, especially amongst women, you just need to select a treatment and deal with the root cause in order to permanently get rid of it. Leaving it and making believe it isn’t true is not going help. Your doctor is there to advise you about treatment options and make sure you get a professional diagnosis from them too. Two thirds of women think they have a yeast infection but actually have something else.

A yeast infection happens when a fungus that lives on your normally called Candida Albicans is able to over grow. This fungus likes the warm and damp areas of the body, such as the vagina, penis, anus, mouth, underarms and under folds of skin. The good bacteria also in our bodies usually controls the fungus and stops an overgrowth from occurring, but if something upsets that balance and the good bacteria are killed, then the fungus rapidly multiplies and leads to a yeast infection.

There are different forms of yeast infection so symptoms vary but common amongst them are itching, irritation and redness. Further health problems have been reported in some cases that include migraines, food allergies, weight gain, depression, pain when urinating, skin issues, and unable to sleep.

Antibiotics are a big cause of infections as they kill all bacteria the bad and the good. Therefore if your problem is low levels of good bacteria eating probiotic yogurt is a good idea. Other causes of vaginal yeast infection are sprays and feminine products that are scented, detergents, fabric softeners, contraceptives like the pill, jellies or foams. It is important to treat the infection as soon as you see the symptoms as an infection left untreated can lead to more serious health problems and are harder to get rid of.

There are several treatment options, medications either from your doctor or from over the counter at a pharmacy, natural remedies too are proving more popular today and can be very effective. Medications come in pill, cream or suppository form and vary from 1 day, 3 day and 7 day courses. The problem with medicated treatments is that sometimes the infection builds up an immunity to the treatment and so it stops working. That is why you need to talk to a doctor so that the right treatment can be chosen straight away to avoid that problem. There are also some lifestyle adjustments to be made like not wearing wet clothing, avoiding tight pants, eating a better diet, drinking more water and sleeping well.

Though Rare, Men Can Get A Yeast Infection

Comments Off

Male yeast infection is certainly not at all as common as a female yeast infection, but it is true that men can get yeast infections, they are not just a woman’s health problem. Symptoms of a penile yeast infection are very similar to a vaginal yeast infection, and causes and treatments are much the same too. Anti fungal ointments or pills either from your doctor or over the counter.

A yeast infection is not gender based because the cause of it, an overgrowth of the Candida Albicans fungus, lives on everyone both men and women. Usually the small numbers that are there mean it is harmless, and the numbers are kept low by the healthy bacteria we have. If something takes out those bacteria, the fungus is able to grow unchecked and so a yeast infection occurs. There are several reasons why this might happen.

The bad news is a yeast infection is harder to diagnose in a man than in a woman, and because symptoms are similar to other health issues it can be misdiagnosed. The two key triggers of a yeast infection in a man are high blood sugar levels such as found in diabetes that is not being controlled, and having unprotected intercourse with a woman who has an untreated vaginal yeast infection. Abstinence is really the best way to avoid a potential penile yeast infection as it can become a vicious cycle of reinfecting each other otherwise.

There are other causes in men, less common but things to be aware of. These include peanuts, corn, wheat and barley items (have fungus and molds in them that can weaken your immunity and they can cause acidity which will harm the good bacteria), prolonged use of antibiotics (some kill all bacteria good and bad), and alcohol (particularly beer).

Symptoms a man should watch for are sexual dysfunction, constipation, indigestion, diarrhea, bloating, itchy flaky skin, no energy and even prostrate issues.

Thrush – The Facts Including Treatment And Prevention

Comments Off

The fungus Candida Albicans is a microorganism, one of many in fact, that lives on our bodies and it is the overgrowth of that fungus that leads to yeast infections. Like all fungi it prefers moist, dark and warm environments – so yeast infections tend to develop in such places on the body like the genitals, anus, folds of skin, and the mouth. You may find that an oral yeast infection is referred to as Thrush.

How Thrush happens: Candida lives on all of us in small numbers harmlessly. Amongst the many other microorganisms living on us we also have healthy or good bacteria. These keep the fungus at low numbers and therefore help us to avoid yeast infections. If the numbers of healthy bacteria go down for whatever reason, the number of fungus will go up and this overgrowth generates a yeast infection. There are a number of reasons the body can become out of balance such as taking of corticosteroids, using antibiotics over a long period of time, being diabetic, poor diet, certain illnesses particularly those that weaken the immune system, treatment for cancer and hormonal times such as pregnancy for women.

What Thrush looks like: It is quite recognizable when you have Thrush. White spots appear on the inside of the mouth, cheeks, tongue and possibly going back down the throat. When touched, they hurt and if scraped the area may bleed and lesions may appear. If it has spread back and to the esophagus then it may be hard to swallow and consume anything, with the feeling of food being lodged at the back all the time.

Prevention: Brush your teeth at least twice a day and maintain good oral hygiene. Avoid mouthwashes and sprays as they upset the balance in the mouth. Smoking should be stopped as smokers have a much higher risk of getting Thrush.

Treatments: Yogurt is great for soothing the symptoms. Use the live bacteria kind and it will top up the good bacteria in your mouth to help fight the fungus. However you also need to deal with the root of the infection – find out what caused it in the first place and make lifestyle changes. There are over the counter treatments that can be tried, and if these do not work, visit your doctor for something stronger.

Fast Female Fat Loss Sexy Abs Routine

Comments Off

Here’s how to lose 5 or 10 pounds for fast female fat loss and sexy abs. Soon you’ll be looking a lot better in a bikini. Oh, by the way, this has nothing to do with jogging, sit ups, and crunches. Not only are those boring, but the results suck for the amount of time you do them.

What I’m about to share with you is quick, you can do it at home and you’ll get results within a week.

Jumping on a mini-trampoline

Now if you’re a busy woman, this piece of equipment will be the best gift you can give to yourself. It only costs $25 too.

Listen, if you work, have kids, have a lot of stress, lots of responsibilities, have tons of errands to do, and generally don’t have enough time to get to the gym or workout as often as you’d like, then do this with the mini-trampoline…

Jump on it in 2 minute mini-workouts. I do this during tv commercials. So this lets me relax and watch my favorite tv shows, while working out, and saving me time since I would’ve wasted the time during commercials while also eliminating a huge chunk of time I would’ve normally added in to schedule a workout.

A normal 1 hour tv show has 22 minutes of commercials. That’s more than enough time to get in 20 minutes of cardio everyday without adding to your stresses and time constraints. Now, some of you will say you don’t watch any tv.

Ok sure, but if you want to use that excuse without thinking up a way to utilize the mini-trampoline, that’s lame. You can jump on it for 2 minutes after everytime you go to the bathroom at your house. Do it with your kids. Whatever. Just find a way to use it. Don’t think of of excuses, think of solutions.

That’s how to lose 5 or 10 pounds for fast female fat loss and sexy abs while saving lots of time.

Best Ab Workout For Fast Female Fat Loss and Sexy Abs

Comments Off

Here’s the best ab workout for fast female fat loss and sexy abs. I promise, no boring jogging and no stupid crunches and sit ups! It’s quick, efficient, you can do it at home, and it gets results almost immediately.

1. Vacuum Pose

By far the best exercise to lose inches off your waist fast! What you do is suck in your belly button and lower abs (not your upper abs which is common). Suck it in all the way and hold that position for 15-60 seconds… the longer, the better.

After you’re done, rest for 15-20 seconds and repeat. My clients average a loss of 1.75 inches from their waist in less than a month doing this just 5 minutes a day. I’ve also had clients do this 15-20 minutes a day and lose around 3 inches in a month.

2. Belly Rubs

Belly rubs work to burn off abs fat quickly. Here’s how. You rub your hands together for 15 seconds to generate heat/energy. Then you lie down and rub small circles around your belly button for 30-45 seconds, rest, then repeat. This works because the heat in your hand penetrates through your skin and right into your belly fat cells.

These fat cells either disintegrate or loosen up and get flushed out of the body over time. Of course, some fat cells are more stubborn than others. Do this for 2-3 minutes in the morning and 2-3 minutes at night for best results.

This workout leads to a tremendous amount of fat loss if done for less than 10 minutes everyday. In my opinion, this is the best ab workout for fast female fat loss and sexy abs.
