Ab Core Routine and Discussion
No im not talking about the ones you drink, the abdominal muscles. Im 15 about 175cm and 68kg. What is a good workout for me to show my abs. I dont care how long it takes but the quicker the better I suppose. If it helps Im starting exercise 3 days sometimes 4 a week so I think Im going to be doing plenty of cardio. My body is bulky mostly muscle though with a fat outline kinda. I just wanna no the abdominal days to workout on and how much and what exercises to do.
P.S. I eat really healthy as well and drink water mostly.

well if you eat alot of fatty foods you will get a 6 pack of rolls..

do situps with wrist weights, cross your wrists across your chest and touch your forehead to your right knee then the left. Make sure you do this evenly and swich it up with your cardio (monday wednesday and friday situps, crunches and leg lifts, tuesday and thurs cardio) leg lifts are when you lay on your back and lift both legs keeping them straight 6 inches above the ground holding for an 8 count
