Absolutely. You can up the reps abit but you dont have too. Most pros now keep reps low up to only a couple of weeks out of a show (6-10 reps) which they think is to keep that full muscle. So do a couple of heavy sets then a couple of lighter ones. Up cardio and adjust diet and you are good to go. Just remember that you might not be as strong when you get ripped so mix it up

honestly man i have watched like a 1000 videos in utube about fitness and weights etc etc… ur videos are small and what everyone needs to know… no extra useless advice or exercises… honestly i admire ur knowledge… i hope to see more videos from u. i have been going to gym for 6 months now and for the last 2 weeks i follow exactly what u say in ur videos and i have seen tremendous differance! i would also like to ask u or someone who knows about the supplements in one of ur videos.

abdominals are muscles too, usually “skinny” people have small muscles. so despite the low body fat % there’s the potential the muscles are too small to be seen. abdominals have to be treated like every other muscle, if you want them bigger or to be seen, you must train them with intensity.
