Is it true that bicycle situps are the best AB WORKOUTS to achieve getting a six pack?

i run for about half an hour 5 times a week, and do arm work,chest,back,etc…but i wanna know what ab workout is best to achieve getting a six pack thanks

    yeah i heard it was. i do them a lot. Do inclined sit ups too. And once you can do those easily, do weighted inclined sit ups. Take a weight put in on your chest cross your arms over it and then do the sit up.

    Do Bubkas and windshield wipers…ab workouts for pole vaulters. They are absolutely ridiculous–look them up.

    The best way is to get the body fat off the stomach. Everyone has a six-pack, usually, it’s just hidden. You can’t “spot reduce”.

    Bicycle situps are fine for an ab workout. They work both the upper and lower parts of your abs, but the may put a little undue stress on your hip flexors.

    Since the abs are a little more on the side of slow-twitch muscles (i.e.; calves, jaw muscles), you really need to diversify the exercises to make it effective.

    You’ll also need to do a different kind of workout than you do for your back or chest. High reps will be the norm.
