Ab Core Routine and Discussion
1.) Jogging 3 times a week
2.) Limiting myself to a junk meal once a week
3.) Six pack workouts every other day
Please note that i workout now as well, and am in quite good physical condition.
Flat stomach and hard abs yes six pack is genetic so it might not make a difference but you will look better. If you are only going to jog 3 times a week i would recommend swimming or biking the other days you need to do cardio everyday, also you don’t need to have any junk food just get better tasting good food, but I know sometimes you don’t have a choice.
What’s up ziqba ,
ab exercises like crunches, sit-ups, and ab machines are the LEAST effective method of getting flat six pack abs.
There is a six pack guide that has worked well for me.
Check the link below.

maybe, and maybe not. I’m doing strength training with less cardio. Vince Del Mont a professional fitness trainer told me that cardio is counterproductive to burning fat. Muscle burns fat. Think of a bodybuilder. They burn fat just sitting down watching T.V. whereas a person who jogs and runs all the time will stop burning fat as soon as they let up on their cardio exercise for that exact moment. Me, I have a tummy pooch, I’m not fat at all. I go by doing all strength training and I do them in sets that leave me breathless that way I’m getting my cardio within my strength training. I’m burning fat rapidly at the same time building major muscle. You should try this instead of running and so much cardio all the time. Look up Vince Del Monte on the internet. The guy knows what he’s talking about.
