		<description>I&#039;ve read that too.  I&#039;m not 100% sure on that, but I will try them out and let you know.  Apparently they&#039;re supposed to be much more effect with a rounded back instead of a arched back.  I&#039;ll try them out and let you know what I find out.</description>

I tend to do this exercise with my legs straight out, for people who say it&#039;s a hip flexor exercise why does it burn my abs so much.
