    Do not be fooled by this kind of garbage. The only way to get fit is through HARD WORK AND HEALTHY DIET. Check out “P90x” and “Insanity” instead. They’re made by the company, Beachbody. You’ll get legitimate results using those programs.

    i really want to try this, but i cant get a straight answer if it works or not. i think it will, but im guessing you need to use it the correct way (not using ur arms to move it!) i have somethning like this at my gymnastics gym but it only goes forward. if it burns fat quickly then the fat shuld also burn off ur arms. so does anyone know if really does work

    Three problems with this that I can see just by the commercial:
    1. This would kill your knees for people who are overweight.
    2. I can do this in an office chair
    3. Where’s the arm work-out!?!?!?
