wELL I DINT THINK FOOD REALLY HAS AN IMPACT UNLESS YOU ARE EATING UNHEATHY FATTNING FOOD. THE BEST THING TO DO IS DO ALOT OF SIT-UPS EVERYDAY. YOU WILL KNOW YOUR DOING IT RIGHT IF YOU FEEL THE BURN.

Eat protein for breakfast. In the afternoon, do crunches for 5-10 minutes. You don’t need a number. Just do them properly. Soon you will get a six pack. I can almost see my six pack, because i do this solution every day, and this is my second week.

make 2 or 3 protein shakes a day and do atleast 100 sit-ups if your lazy if not than do 500 on on days and 100-200 on off days when your stomachs sore thats the easiest way.

Well….im a girl and i know that if you do sit ups and push ups for at leasts 10 or more of those. It might hurt your stomach but thats normal!!! Also avoid eating alot of choclate…and inseat eat friuts. Greasy foods is only going to slow the prosses down!!!

low cal, lots of protien (possibly a scoop of whey protien shake a day), potassium, magnesium..

crunches, half situps (bend knees, and bring your wist to the top of your knee), and leg lifts (works the lower abs).. also elbow to opposite knee crunches are good (for the sides).

a bit of cardio is good, but mainly if you’re not fairly lean already. age/hormone levels have alot to do with how much/how soon you’ll get muscle as well.
