I do situps 3 days a week(Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) and I also do the ab lounge XL those same days. Ive been starting to do cardio(I now do cardio everyday jumping jacks and riding my bike a mile or 2) 4 days ago and have been doing ab workouts for a month. I’m 5’5″ and 110lbs and am very athletic so obviouslly i have a small belly. would i have a six pack before summer?

The key to getting a six pack is reducing body fat. You need it to be below 10% for your abs to show. Cardio and diet will help shed fat pounds. Situps and crunches will make sure that you have sizeable abs to show once the fat is stripped away.

This depends on a lot of things. Where your body stores fat is probably the most important. If you have a thick enough layer of fat over you abs (even if you’re skinny everywhere else) you will not be able to see them no matter how many situps you do. Keep up the cardio (try walking or running too!), and try to get your body fat down. Try other exercises that will target your abs in a variety of ways: the plank and bicycle crunches did it for me with minimal effort.
