What are some exercises i can do to get a six pack and get my arms really buff?

I want to getted ripped/buff. What are some exercises i can do to get a six pack and get my arms ripped. I want a exericise that will give me some results within a month.

    If you want to get “ripped”, then exercises such as pushups(triceps, chest) and crunches (abs) will make those body parts hard/toned, but not necessarily big.

    Alright here’s my workout that is wokring so far:

    20 push ups a day.

    Evening and morning jog every other day.

    Balanced Diet.

    Gym (Lifting, bench presses..etc.)

    And working with a personal traininer.

    Also lots of sleep, and if you want 50 crunches everyday.
