    How many of these should I do? I’m doing the hardest ones and can do quite a bit, they tighten my abs a bit so i know it’s working… should there be a limit?

    hey man,
    you wont NEVER get a six pack from just training… the truth is everyone has a six pack, just theres fat over it. so if you want six pack abs, you should train at least every other day but loose alot of fat too. so do ab exceresises AND cardio fitness

    @locutslocon

    you have to diet if you aren’t naturally skinny or more “rounded” to get a 6 pack. It’s basically just muscle definition.

  • On June 8, 2010 at 3:40 pm SirPecs said

    how many sets? .. or u can do as much u want?

  • On June 8, 2010 at 3:47 pm Bodyweightcultureman said

    Try 5-10 reps at the start. Too many reps on your first attempt will cause you to be very sore, even injured.
