six pack exercises? anyone know?

hi i need a six pack, im 14 and have one but i need it to be shown more, anyone know what exercises achive this? also a good pair of track sprinting shoes and shorts for australia? thanks alot.

    Hey, you should not be exercising that way before 16. Just play outdoor games, walk, run, jog and swim. You can start to do workouts after you are 16.

    Sit Ups and Crunches always do it for me, or try things like this:

    my fiances boxer trainer used to make him do 200 sit ups every two days and he was ripped lol. and don’t listen to that one person who says its unhealthy, because if it was a lot of trainers and football coaches would be out of a job!
