    Hey, you should not be exercising that way before 16. Just play outdoor games, walk, run, jog and swim. You can start to do workouts after you are 16.

    Sit Ups and Crunches always do it for me, or try things like this:

    Run regularly and eat healthily!!
    I’m 16, and i know im a girl, but these methods do work!! :)

    my fiances boxer trainer used to make him do 200 sit ups every two days and he was ripped lol. and don’t listen to that one person who says its unhealthy, because if it was a lot of trainers and football coaches would be out of a job!
