@xLosxAngelesx I’m not sure what exactly you mean… you can’t isolate the lower part of the abs because it’s all one big muscle and always works as a whole, it never works in parts

@edwardmanboy and by diet, he means CHANGING your diet as apposed to not eating. On top of the obliques and rectus abdominus there is fat. You have to thin out that fat layer THROUGH EXERCISE and healthy eating in order for the muscles underneath to show through. SO, you have to do some cardio to lower your body fat, and work the muscles in that area so they become stronger. This exercise is the muscle component.

@foxfire1245 Water cause pressure when goin against it, so swimming is like resistance training for every part of your body’s muscle since your legs and arms are moving, and each time u grasp for air you twist your torso up a bit. Which is probably why all your friends have godly abs.
@carlosasaur doin sport will workout your body and some sports your bones to.. just dont train to much in your growing age (your sound like you wanna grow bigger?), because then your body cant grow…

@edwardmanboy when you loose your body fat, everyone has abs its just the people with the lowest body fat percentage are the people you can see it on.

@ALBYMAFFIAN swimming doesnt exactly get you the perfect body, u gotta eat healthy and swim almost every day.
I don’t want to have a six pack but only the “cut” in the middle of the stomach, just like other kids at school that are into football and running and that kind of sports with allot of running…
Im 14 and i work for about an 1hour! will that affect my high and body growth!
Swimming is training the whole body my friend ive trained its best

@inshape4u lets say i do this every day i do two sets how long would it take me to get a visible lower abes shape. thanks
if this exercise becomes to easy after a while you can make it harder by hanging yourself in a pull up bar an then raise your legs in a similar movement… Check out my channel if you want more abs tips =)
