    people, want to lose fat I am 12 year old I have been a little fat now I have lost 15 pounds and still have 5 to go but I am kind of struggling on these .what I did was I ate less stopped junk food soda chips etc did this 3 times a week—->sprint 1 minutes jog 2 minutes till it was 20 mins ,and ofcoarse ate much less

    Doing ab workout does not cut fat! doesnt matter how many crunches you do, will not cut fat!. Want to loose stomach fat fast upto 5-8 pounds? Intense cardio is the way to go.
    Try this instead: Sprint for 30 secs then Jog for 1min n repeat until u reach 12-15 mins 3-4 times a week. Will only work if you follow a rich diet.

    i do this as well as muay thai and going to the gym. It’s a good between routine workout so i don’t even work abs at the gym which takes up alot of time :D thanks
