Doing ab workout does not cut fat! doesnt matter how many crunches you do, will not cut fat!. Want to loose stomach fat fast upto 5-8 pounds? Intense cardio is the way to go.
Try this instead: Sprint for 30 secs then Jog for 1min n repeat until u reach 12-15 mins 3-4 times a week. Will only work if you follow a rich diet.

i do this as well as muay thai and going to the gym. It’s a good between routine workout so i don’t even work abs at the gym which takes up alot of time
