Im 14 and want to get a six pack what exercises do i have to do to get one?

i have tried push ups im not sure there working though?
also will it reduce my growth spurt if i do these things now or show i just have limitations on what i can and cant do or is it all fine?

    You need to do crunches/situps. Push-ups work arms and chest. Also keep in mind you are in puberty and its hell on your body.

    Crunches. Sit-ups. Roman Chair Sit-ups.

    BUT…six packs only show with a body fat percentage below 5%. If you have a gut them forget the six-pack until you burn off the gut.

    Push ups will tone your arms, but won’t do too much to give you a six pack.

    Basic crunches, and lots of them, will help. At your age, you probably don’t have much body fat, and I wouldn’t advise you to diet at your young age, but keep the refined sugars to a minimum (sodas, candy, cookies, etc)

    Do a lot of crunches! Google ab workouts, it will come up to a lot of different types of exercises. Also lift weights and run.
