Some people say I have a six pack but I am not exactly sure it is coming. Sometimes I see a few indentations but they vanish.
It all depends on your diet. If you do crunches and sit ups everyday you maintain your six pack or this will get you a six pack if you do em. To keep your six pack try avoiding eating to much, eating to much can cause belly fat which will kinda cover the six pack.
Chances are you actually have a six pack, it’s just underneath layers of fat that we all have. If you really want to impress your friends with your six pack, you need to focus on total body workouts to burn that layer of fat! To keep your pecs, you need to keep the belly fat down. That means stay active and have a good diet. To keep the body fat down, it helps to do couple cardio session a week. 25 plus minus.
Now to gets your pack bigger, you need to do crunches, sit ups and weights while you are doing them.
If you go to the gym, there are some machines that you can use.
One good thing about abs is that you can work on them almost everyday becuase the muscle recovers very fast.
But again, you won’t see abs unless keeps the body fat% down. It takes years of hard work to have ripped abs and keep it that way. Like the guys that you see exercise video or bodybuilding magazines.

Six packs are really hard to maintain and takes alot of will power. Here is the deal when you eat it will probably show on your stomach so what you need to do avoid to much fatty foods. Six packs are maintained by but not limited to sit ups and crunches(do as much as you could every morning BEFORE you eat). and before you take a bath in the evening or night. You packs such be in tip top shape in about a month. Could really be less if you do dem more longer and more frequently.For me i don’t have Bowflex so i hang upside down from a pole in room and do them there. You do your own thing dude!
