Ab Core Routine and Discussion
what are some good exercises i can do to get a six pack at home? im a 5’7 125 lbs. male. And also some good bicep exercises? thanks.
look up 8 min. ab workout on google
crunches. and more crunches. and even more crunches. that is how you get a 6-pack, assuming you have no body fat covering up your abs. if so, you’ll need to do cardio work too (jogging, etc).
biceps curls. be sure to only flex at the elbow and not at the shoulder. if you find that you are moving your shoulder than the weight is too much for you. drop the weight so that you only flex at the elbow.
