@msclstud69 Hey, Thanks for your comments. I’m currently taking Whey Protein shakes 3 times a day and also Alri Ngorge, which are creatine tablets. If your looking to put on Lean Muscle mass you need to make sure you are eating a healthy diet and eat often to keep you body full of nutrients.
Gee man that is a great transformation in 6 months. I am trying to stack on the weight I weigh 60kgs trying to get to atleast 75 or 80 what powders and foods do u have?
