Horrible advice.
The food is unhealthy. If all you want is a buff body, get plastic surgery and eat junk food. You’ll look good, but die early. If you want to look good and be healthy, eat healthily.
And carbo loading is an advanced technique used by professionals who can work out all day burning several thousand calories per day. For everyone else, just eat good ol’ healthy food…God’s food. You’ll get buff, are much less likely to get diseases, AND out live the morons.

A bodybuilder at my gym averages 12 calories per meal a day. he’s 6.5% bodyfat and eat 6-10 meals a day.
he’ll be farting fire whole day if he eat and dont excersise and if he stops excersise and forgot to reduce food intake then he is gone……….
