How to get a six pack and proper diet to show them?
hey im 14 and i really want to loose that little belly fat and get abbs how im 5’3 and way 105 i got belly fat lol

You are gonna have to work a bit more than some to get the abs to show I’m thinkin.

You are skinny now so first you need to pack on some muscle mass. Maybe get to 115 to 120 pound. While you are packin on the muscle mass your abs won’t show. But they will be buildin up under the fat.

Your diet needs to be mostly protein and carbs to get mass. And of course exercise. For abs you can do some of these exercises:

Pick the ones you can do with the equipment you got.

Now once you reach like 115pound or so then you can start doing some cardio regularly to take off the fat. Best cardio I know of is swimmin laps. But runnin, ridin bike, skatin, and any sustained exercise is good too.

Also after you get the mass you wanna remove the carbs from your diet. Eat mostly proteins.

Throughout all of this make sure you get plenty of liquids. And avoid fast food, junk food, and stuff like that.

    diet and exercise, lots of crunches and situps..I think you need to put some weight on, you are skinny.

    You’ll only get abs by working your stomach muscles… and as far as the diet goes just eat a healthy regular diet. Some excersizes that work your stomach muscles are crunches, push-ups (if you do them correctly) and curl-ups.

    do 50 crunches after every meal. for a diet you should limit yourself on real fatty foods like potatoe chips icecream and donuts. if you can you should running or jogging that will make the crunches easier. pushups will build arm muscle. for breakfast you should eats an 2 eggs and a peice of toast, lunch can be as simple as a turkey sandwich and milk, and for dinner make sure you eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and possibly pasta.
