That is good that you exercise 3 are 4 times a week I am so happy for you.Just try to add 1 more day you might start getting the scale to move down.And just because you don’t see weight loss on the scale you are might be losing inches.

I get to the gym about 3:45PM and it is about 4;00 when I start doing my thang.I do Kickboxing Classes,Cardio Step ,Bootcamp classes,Double Step Classes and Ab Classes I use the gym equipment Plus I work on my abs at home.
