I’m like 130 pounds and I’m 16 years old.

I’ve been working out for a while now and my arms are getting noticeably bigger and I’m getting pecs :) …. but I seem to be having trouble with my abs. I’m started doing sit ups but i heard from my friend that you NEED a diet if you want six packs. Is that true? I’m not overweight, If anything i need to GAIN weight..

Any help guys?

Heya…i am not a guy (blatently cos of my avatar but you know). But i am answering this cos my brother got a six pack. You need protein to build the muscle – you can have protein shakes, eat lots of eggs etc. You sounds gorgeous!

if you have little or no fat on your stomach, you do not need any special diet

6 pack abs aren’t easy though, you have to do a lot of exercises

If you are already skinny then you need know diet at all, matter of fact thats the opposite of what you need, also just situps dont work, you can do the weighted crunches at your gym, leg lifts, (raise your feet six inches from the ground and hold, you can do circular motions, or pyramids to increase the intesity) while, doing all this do not forget your obliques, search "oblique workouts" in google seeing as how typing all the instructions is more then I am willing to do.
