Ab Core Routine and Discussion
my friend shows off his six pack all the time just wondering how does he do it.
He does it by having low body fat %, probably <10% or at most 11 or 12%.
Really it all comes down to:
genetics
diet
exercise
if you don’t have the genetics, then diet is the most important followed by exercise.

Well Diet and Exercise are the main ways to get. It also has to do with body composition some people aren’t built to have a six pack so they have to work harder to get there. But if you already have a flat stomach then you just need definition. Start off with ab work outs everyday since it is the only muscle that doesn’t need a day or two to recover.
