This is an awesome way to get a quick muscle building workout and jack up up your metabolism in a short amount of time. Vince did cable chest press, high cable rows, cable shoulder press, low pulley cable bicep curls, high pulley cable tricep extensions, and finished up with some side cable crunches for the abs. Lee did cable crossovers for the chest, face pulls for the back, cable side lateral raises for the delts, low pulley cable bicep curls, reverse grip tricep push downs, and hanging leg raises for the abs. Heavy weight doesn’t “rip the muscle”. Getting lean and having thin skin is what gives you the ripped look.
shitty form, hes using too much weight. he’ll be stronger if he uses less weight with better form. but using more weight will make u look better cause it rips the muscle. so it depends if u want looks or strength.

This wasn’t a very clever use of the dual cable. This machine was designed to remove gravity and unrestrict motion, not as a substitute for dumbbells. Flys, Pullovers, Crisscross Rows, and Woodchoppers are ideal. This is also a great machine to get full contration out of the biceps.
He means the “core” eg. transverse abdominis, erectae spinae and the obliques mate
eating before you sleep does make you fat if ur a person who does not exercise at all… period.
