and i have a Keg…… this is too unbalanced what should i do i tried working out the spare tire is still there
i do cardio 4 times a day with the tv remote and walk twice to the grocery store for some healthy chips and low carb salsa
go to a House party and charge everybody some $ to drink out of that Keg!

Run…do cardio. Abdominal muscles are too small to burn off the calories to get rid of your keg. I have a six pack too. Ain’t life grand?

not at all my man use to have a 6pk now he has a small keg was a big one n i dont i have a flat stomach n we work jsut fine. just start workin out with her some what. so she knows u love her enough to try. obvious she still loves u

Work out with your gf, thats what i’ve been doing. She pushes me to stretch my goals and visa versa.

Cut down on your fat and any beer intake first of all. Next you need to do some cardio. Get on the treadmill for like a half hour each day. Then you need to do at least 100 crunches a day with between 20lbs and 50lbs. That will start getting you there.

Try distance running, but start off with something manageable, around a mile, that you can do seven days a week. Then, ramp up your speed on a couple days, and your distance on others. Be sure to have one rest day, though, where you don’t push yourself too hard.

Your diet probably needs to be altered if u didn’t already change it. Keep working out. You can only see change with time. Try not 2 eat after six or just before going to bed that may help as well. Don’t beat yourself up about it though because u must be doing something right if she likes u the way you are.

Well….I dont think it matters that much. I have a flat stomach and my bf has a little pudge =] it makes me feel better about myself actually. My last bf had a really ripped stomach and I hated it! He made me feel fat. Now Im more confident… in bed =] I always grab his love handles and tell him how cute his chubby belly is, he doesnt seem to mind. Unless your gf has been dropping you hints like "hey babe lets go for a run together" or something like that then she probably doesnt care.
