im 16. how can i get six pack abdominals in 12 weeks?

im 16. i want a six pack in 12 weeks. my upper abs are starting to be visible but my lower abs arnt. I eat pretty healthy. I eat 3 pieces of fruit, a good amount of vegetables, special K cereal, and some meat (usually chicken) each day. I only drink water and milk. How can i achieve my goal?

do some ab workouts, and do leg lifts and medicine balls!

    im 13 and my abs are rocks… i dont know how i got them, but i also wish i had a little more "fat".

    m tryin to achieve the same thing mate I’m 16 too. Read Mens Health magazine it’s got loads of tips. I drink protien shakes too but still no results but that’s because I havnt cut all the crap out of my diet yet so burn fat an build muscle to your abs. Good luck mate do better at this than me.
