I’m 14 and 1/2. I weight 115 pounds, 5′7. I am slim, i do 100 sit ups a day maybe more and i do overall 5 minutes of plank a day (split them in 1 minute reps. I do tons of oblique work to. How long will it take to get a six pack? and how can i work my lower abdominals?

You get abs by losing the fat. Push-ups and squats will help you do that.
