		<description>Do your normal crunches but while you&#039;re doing them hold your legs up so that they form a 90 degree angle and your knees are above your hips with your calves level to the floor. You could also do curl ups where you put your legs straight up in the air and role your hips up off the ground. Once you get good at that last one, you can practice holding your legs up there for a certain amount of time.</description>
