im a 16 yr old male. im 5’8 and weigh 149. I play soccer and am pretty fit, but i want to have a 6 pack. I have a layer of fat around my lower abdominals, and i also have a little extra fat around the chest/pecs. How can i get rid of this fat and turn it into muscle…
ps im trying to get a 6 pack by mid june… I am not fat at all but i do not have a 6 pack.
