How can i get a six-pack quickly?

I am 15 years old and i have a muscular type build. i am fit, but i just don’t have a six pack and i really want one. my girlfriend loves abs and i want to have a six pack. i have a 4 pack already and just was wondering how i can get my lower abdominals to stand out. please and thank you

    When you’re working out your abs (situps, weights, w/e) wear appropriate pants. As in the right kind. Do not wear hard pants. And do not wear belts… Yes, some people do. If your legwear restricts any movement, your lower abs don’t get the best workout.

    Do your normal crunches but while you’re doing them hold your legs up so that they form a 90 degree angle and your knees are above your hips with your calves level to the floor. You could also do curl ups where you put your legs straight up in the air and role your hips up off the ground. Once you get good at that last one, you can practice holding your legs up there for a certain amount of time.
