crunches/curl-ups
get the giant rubber ball thing. and do sit ups on that.
Go to seventeen.com then click on health+sex+fitness (it’ll be on top in green). There will be a whole bunch of videos and advice on how to get a nice body.
DANCING!!! also sit ups and jogging…..
Plus always tighten your ab muscles while walking and what not and that will help a lot too….and keep a good posture
