How to get lean, sexy abs in 2 months?

What is an ab exercise routine that i can do every morning and night for the next two months for lean and sexy abs?

    Sorry; you DON’T – at least not in two months. Depending on whether you have to lose weight to even see your abs, it still might take a couple of years, with lots of exercise, to get attractive abs.

    jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
    evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
    specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
    your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
    to work double on them. The best approach is this:
    1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
    weight, lower for overweight).
    2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
    3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
    an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
    stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
    for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
    that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
    will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
    body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
    move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
    to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
    guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
    pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
    crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
    ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

    keep protein and fat at the same level each day across the board. Roller coaster your carbs high/med/low each day of the week. do cardio, dont listen to that two year stuff. I am a body builder with 5 regional titles. Ive seen 5 by 5′s , aka tubbies get some decent abs in two weeks. believe it or not the best ab exercise is sex every morning. your mate can thank me later.

    yes i know my gf is useing this pill.after useing this u lookins so sexy like my gf she is takeing this pill and now she looking so sexy… before the takeing this pill she looking bore and dump just becoz of her body . than she buy a pill and she loss her wieght

    dude i had the same problem a few months ago. i had a total beer gut lol and i needed to shed the lbs cuz my gf was tellin me that i am disgusting. i bought one of those ab rollers off of tv at 3am one nite and i gotta be honest bro it totally worked for me. i lost like 10 lbs in the past 5 months. i also started drinkin those proteen drinks. mussle milk and vodka is pretty nicce actually. you gotta get one of those ab rollers their sick and you can watch tv when you do it
