eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and meats. I have good abs and legs because I run (alot), and do ab stretches (lemon squeezes, crunches, sit ups, ect. look em up on google)

Hey, you’re in luck, I actually made this fairly simple program up over the summer that helped me get some sweet abs in about 3-4 months! So, the key to abs is situps, but more specifically, building up the number of situps you can do. So, the day that you start, do situps until exhaustion, or you can’t do anymore. It will probably be 40-50 if you haven’t done much with your abs before. Anyways, so the next day, just add 1-3 situps to however many you did the previous day. I was able to do 500+ situps after those couple of months, and got great abs. Next, for losing fat, see if you can name what foods and beverages you take in daily. Try to count how many calories are in each of these products. Now, look for something that is roughly 500 calories or so that you have each day. Now, a pound of fat is roughly 3,500 calories, so if you cut out that one product, each week you would have 500 X 7 or 3,500 calories, or 1 pound less. Also I found that cutting salad dressing out of your diet will help lose some fat as well. And, as far as leg fat, just keep on running, as cardio excercises (such as running) are helpful for this.
    Hope this helps!
    Cheers

squats and lunges for your legs as well as running, lots and lots of crunches and sits ups for the abs.the ab work out i love is with a medicine ball. you sit to where your kind of crunching on your tailbone w/your feet in the air but still sitting up. take the ball, a light one, like 5-8 lbs. and for about a min touch the ball to the ground on either side of you the fastest you can with out falling over. make sure you touch the ground though. trust me youll have amazing abs since this work out works the sides mostly but also lower and upper! its great. it will be hard at first but amazing results!
