I just turn 31, two weeks ago I had a surgery so I could not work out. But, starting tomorrow I want to get in gear PUT my mind heart and soul to it and get those sexy flat abs. Im 5′8 slender and 133lbs.
Any advised or tips to speed up to process? My dream would be to loose 2 inches around my waist line.

He wrote a plan for me a while back and its brilliant.
Its very quick, and i enjoyed the attention lol. Give it a go
Also you don’t have to keep buying as you just mix the program about a bit.

50-60 bicycle sit-ups an hour or two before bed.
bicycle sit-ups are regular sit-ups but instead of having your feet flat and stationary, you imitate a pedaling motion with them.
it works your thighs and lower stomach where your abs exist.

I have been working out my abs and other parts of my body for the past week and a half and have noticed results already. I do about 75 crunches before bed and other workouts to strengthen my arms.
