1. Vacuum Pose
By far the best exercise to lose inches off your waist fast! What you do is suck in your belly button and lower abs (not your upper abs which is common). Suck it in all the way and hold that position for 15-60 seconds… the longer, the better.
After you’re done, rest for 15-20 seconds and repeat. My clients average a loss of 1.75 inches from their waist in less than a month doing this just 5 minutes a day. I’ve also had clients do this 15-20 minutes a day and lose around 3 inches in a month.
2. Belly Rubs
Belly rubs work to burn off abs fat quickly. Here’s how. You rub your hands together for 15 seconds to generate heat/energy. Then you lie down and rub small circles around your belly button for 30-45 seconds, rest, then repeat.
