I’m 13…im 4″11.5 and I weigh around 138 and I have a mini beer belly….I have a question;if I do these workouts,will they form abs or do I have lose some weight 1st then do the workouts? Just askin

Exercises don’t burn specific fat. Building muscles and using them burns your OVERALL fat. But if you do exercises your stomach will tighten up.
no no no, inorder to lose fat, u have to do alot of cardio, and proper nutrition. Abs exercise to build up the 6 pack abs, not to burn fats.
Muscle never turns to fat, but when u stop working out, your body fat will increase and your muscle will not show up.
if i do this excercise will it lose my fat “love handles” and start gaining a night tight stomache…????
hmmm so if i do five miles everyday, pushups untill i can’t do em anymore…and then 10 more, and 10-12 crunches/bycicle/lower crunch, i should be in shape hard core xD

shorter than the time it will take for me to see them, i weigh 190! but i think it takes a couple of weeks to start seeing them, but you will feel results a couple days after. you start to notice that your posture is better, and your abs just feel stronger. but keep at it! i’m with ya!
You have to keep working your abs even after you have a 6 or 4 pack because otherwise the muscle will go away and turn to fat : (

I’m glad you enjoyed the video. The body tends to adapt fairly quickly to any exercise and one specific exercise should not be performed each and every week. However, one thing I recommend is for you to slow your pace down. In other words, perform the exercise twice as slow as you did in the first week. This will place more of a contraction on your abs.
You can eat after the workout but try to wait 20 minutes or so.
that means you dont have a 4 pack i have one and theses bore me
if i do this everyday how long will it take for me to actually get results if i way 130 pounds
can anyone tell me what to do, i have a 4 pack and i want a 6 pack but every 5 crunches my stomach hurts rlly bad
he said to do 10 – 12 reps i think
