I am starting to go to my own gym every day and I do push ups (15), bridges, 6kg dumbells, and a machine that helps my arm muscles but I am wondering how I can acheive and good sixpack in not too much time. What exercises and tips do I put to use for results? Also good arm muscle exercises are always helpful if anyone knows any! thanks!!

what are the exercises required to obtain a six pack when not overweight?

I am 17 5’6 weight about 130 pounds… I have been doing some workout lately and have seen results. My chest has gotten developed biceps and triceps are getting cut as well. Now that my body is looking alright I’ve noticed that all need to develop a six pack. I can feel the muscles and see the upper part of the six pack but is not developed so I would like to know excercises that could help me obtain it, Thanks!

I weigh 190 lbs. and I’m 6’3″ tall. I was wondering if it was possible to gain a six pack without any machinery of special equipment? What type of aerobic or cardiovascular exercises should I be doing?

I’ve always been a HUGE fan of working out the natural way. But no matter how many Crunches & Sit-ups I do, I can’t manage to lose my extra bit of belly fat!

I really want to build Six-Pack-Abs very badly. However, i am not sure of the Exercises that i can do to build up my body such as Clutches and Leg-Raise. Anyone knows ? Please tell me the correct method of doing the exercise as well because my neck muscles hurt when i am doing my clutches. Exclude Weight Training. Thanks a million=)
