Best Ab Workout For Fast Female Fat Loss and Sexy Abs

Here’s the best ab workout for fast female fat loss and sexy abs. I promise, no boring jogging and no stupid crunches and sit ups! It’s quick, efficient, you can do it at home, and it gets results almost immediately.


1. Vacuum Pose

By far the best exercise to lose inches off your waist fast! What you do is suck in your belly button and lower abs (not your upper abs which is common). Suck it in all the way and hold that position for 15-60 seconds… the longer, the better.

After you’re done, rest for 15-20 seconds and repeat. My clients average a loss of 1.75 inches from their waist in less than a month doing this just 5 minutes a day. I’ve also had clients do this 15-20 minutes a day and lose around 3 inches in a month.

2. Belly Rubs

Belly rubs work to burn off abs fat quickly. Here’s how. You rub your hands together for 15 seconds to generate heat/energy. Then you lie down and rub small circles around your belly button for 30-45 seconds, rest, then repeat. This works because the heat in your hand penetrates through your skin and right into your belly fat cells.

These fat cells either disintegrate or loosen up and get flushed out of the body over time. Of course, some fat cells are more stubborn than others. Do this for 2-3 minutes in the morning and 2-3 minutes at night for best results.

This workout leads to a tremendous amount of fat loss if done for less than 10 minutes everyday. In my opinion, this is the best ab workout for fast female fat loss and sexy abs.

Most people dream of losing fat belly and getting a hard set of sexy 6-pack abs yet only a handful of people ever achieve this dream. Why are there so much of confusion on this subject? Is it really that complicated of a process?

Well it really isn’t THAT complicated. Basically to get sexy abs your fat % needs to be low enough for them to be visible. However losing fat belly and achieving sexy abs does require a fair amount of discipline in your diet habits and a whole new level of high intensity workout.

Tip #1 : Feed Your Body With a Balanced Diet
Diet is the MOST important area of fat loss. Losing fat belly requires a good eating habit. You don’t need to go on a diet gimmick with low fat low carb or whatsoever. Just remember that balance is the key and you should not restrict your body’s needs. So feed yourself with the right amount of quality protein high fiber foods and healthy fats.

Tip #2 : High Intensity Multi-Joint Exercises
Dedicate only 10% of your workout time on direct abs exercises. For the rest of the time focus on high intensity full body multi-joint exercises such as combination of squats lunges pullups pushups dips chess presses and deadlifts. What you need to understand here is that spot reduction exercises on abs alone is simply not enough for losing fat belly. In order to burn fats effectively you need to workout the large muscle groups of your body to stimulate high metabolic response and fat burning hormones for real fat loss.

Tip #3 : High Intensity Cardio Variations
Focus on shorter duration workout but with high intensity and different variations for losing fat belly. So instead of a long duration steady-paced boring traditional cardio switch your ‘cardio’ to short duration of different variations such as wind sprints hill sprints stair sprints jump rope and other high intensity cardio.

Six Proven Steps To Sexy Abs

Nothing says “In Shape” better than a trim and tight midsection.  Most people want it, very few will ever get it.

The problem lies in the fact that very few do what’s needed in the right fashion to really see real results.  That explains why the process of developing rock hard abs is the most challenging aspect of any working routine.

Here’s a six point blueprint to getting amazingly sexy abs.

#1. – Proper nutrition, Resistance Training, Moderate Aerobic Exercise vs. Crunches
If you ever read a magazine ad or viewed a late night commercial and truly thought that those ab crunch machines really worked…well, I can’t help you.  You’re just too gullible.

You need to understand that your body is a machine that requires good fuel to operate efficiently, a sufficient amount of resistance training and moderate aerobic exercise .  These components are responsible for maintaining muscle mass and helping to burn fat off your frame. Another thing to remember is that your body does not allow you to “spot isolate” any particular area.  So you can do crunches all day long and it still won’t help eliminate fat.

#2. – Focus on training your entire body
If you use all the muscles in your body during your workouts, there’s a better chance of your metabolism increasing.  That means your body will be burning fat at a more rapid pace. It also means that your abs will begin appearing much quicker. So stop the “body part” workouts and give yourself a whole new look.

#3. – Use all six ab muscles
So many people strive for awesome abs but only focus on one or two of the abdominal muscles.  The abs are broken up into six parts. All six parts need to be utilized fully every time.  You have the Rectus Abdominis which runs from the bottom of the breast bone to the top of the pubic bone.  This muscle is responsible for flexing the spine. Then you have the Transverse Abdominis which runs from the sides to the front of the body and lies horizontally beneath the rib cage.  Its main role is to stabilize the trunk. Below that are the four oblique muscles.  You have the Internal Obliques and the External Obliques.  Each of those four operate together to allow the trunk to twist.

#4. – Understand that your legs aren’t part of your ab exercise
A good rule of thumb is if you’re doing any type of crunching exercise and you are feeling it in the front of your thighs and hips…STOP!  That’s a sure sign that you are cheating.  This assistance from these muscles indicate that you aren’t really working your abs as efficiently as you should. So, next time try you’re lying on the floor, keeping your knees bent. Also, treat your abs just like any other muscle.  They are not meant to be focused on every single exercise session.  Give them time to rest, recover and grow.

#5. – Train to stand up straight
Your posture plays a very important role in having your abs “pop out”.  So you not only need to focus on the shoulders and the lower back when you exercise, you need to pay attention to how you sit in a chair too. By strengthening these muscles you’ll prevent your body from collapsing in on itself. 

#6. – Learn to be flexible
After a hard workout, you’re not done until you stretch. This goes hand-in-hand with training your postural muscles. Flexibility increases your range of motion and assists with helping you elongate the body.  Incorporate stretching after every workout.

If you follow these guidelines, the look of a lean midsection will be a reality in no time.

Most women desires having a six pack abs and focus entirely on abs exercises like crunches and sit-ups. To obtain six pack abs successfully, one must develop abdominal muscles after burning off the fats on these area.

1) Build your abs by working out your abdominal muscles

These exercises are a necessity but not the solution. If you are already doing abs exercises, doing anymore crunches is just a waste of time as this exercise do almost nothing in burning fats.

Instead of doing more crunches, one should perform hanging leg or knee raises. These high intensity workouts gives more pressure to your abs muscles; giving a far more effective solution in building your six packs.

2) Learn to lose those fats around your tummy

There are two exercises which are necessary in burning fats, these are whole body exercises and interval training. These are the reasons why I’ve gotten six packs in such a short period.

Whole body exercises are light light strength training which serves to build up lean muscles. These exercises include presses, dumbbell swings and barbell cleans. While interval training, on the other hand, refers to high intensive cardio workout. Fully exert your body for 30 seconds by sprinting before taking a rest for 1 minute and then repeating the sprint. Do this repeatedly for eight to ten minutes.

3) Eat on low calorie foods and avoid consuming junk foods for a month

Never eat above the amount of your required daily calorie intake. It is more preferable to eat below your suggested calorie intake and avoid eating junk foods at all cost.

The key of getting sexy abs quickly is to stop putting fats around your tummy and find solutions to accelerate your body’s metabolism so that your body starts burning off those extra fats around your stomach.
