How do i get a good 6 pack stomach?

    Umm….well i have six pack but that’s because i work out i play sports i run i drink water and stuff like that! I eat healthy food, too.

    do situps and crunches, lots of them, every other day.

    is your stomach fat? then you need to do lots of running as well to lose it otherwise your ab muscles wont even show (cos they’ll be hidden under the layer of fat).

    sit-ups (real ones, not those fake crunches lol), running (at least 30 min 3 times a week) water, low calorie foods

    um, you go to the store and buy some. You DO ExCERCISES TO BECOME FIT. situps are a great example. I know, this takes work, you proboly wont get a six pack because you will quite. if you really wanted to get a six pack, you wouldnrt ask how, you would just go out and excersise. You are asking to find out the secret of getting a six pack, but there is no secret.l. trust me.

    Lots of exercise! and less fattiy foods..
    Increase your situp variations ..crunches skipping etc!
