Hence do not only eat something as because you feel like consuming it but rather wait and ask yourself whether your body truly needs it or if that particular item is fit for your body, taking into account the calorific value of the food item.

4. Set clocks to have dinner, lunch etc and adhere to it – You must invariably seek to consume meals at fixed times of the day. But if you want you can extend these times by half an hr, but anything more than that is going to hit your eating pattern, the result will either be a decrease in appetite or that starved feeling which will make you pig out with more than what is needed.

These were few tips that would help you in losing excess fat and getting a flat stomach. Do not forget to combine regular workouts with your usual routine to drop off excess body weight smoothly and permanently.
