Okay so I’m trying to get a six pack. My diet was going really well but yesterday I ordered a large pizza with chips! AND today I’ve had McDonalds!
So is my diet ruined now?! Aaaaah, help! Neeeeeed a six pack…
By the way, I’m 15, 5′6" and I weigh 8 stone 7 pounds.
Like falling off a bike, we get right back on. You can eat whatever you like as long as it’s in moderation. A six pack isn’t formed from diet alone. You have to build those abdominal muscles with exercise. just increase you tummy crunch reps this week to burn off that junk food.
PS I want a six pack too….to drink haha
What is a good way to get a 6-pack on your stomach? And when u have it , how do u not lose it? (I have a 2 pack and i want a 6 pack) Hows a fast way to get it without going to the gym?
Take this from a guy with a 6 pack: To have a six pack its all about sit ups, knee ins, and diet. Its all about repetition for exercising. To maintain your 6 pack, you must diet and occasionally pig out (optional). The fastest way to get a 6 pack is reps. Thats all I ever did. It can take you 1-2 weeks. Besides everybody who does ab exercises have a 6 pack, to show one you must diet.
