What is a good way to get a 6-pack on your stomach? And when u have it , how do u not lose it? (I have a 2 pack and i want a 6 pack) Hows a fast way to get it without going to the gym?
Take this from a guy with a 6 pack: To have a six pack its all about sit ups, knee ins, and diet. Its all about repetition for exercising. To maintain your 6 pack, you must diet and occasionally pig out (optional). The fastest way to get a 6 pack is reps. Thats all I ever did. It can take you 1-2 weeks. Besides everybody who does ab exercises have a 6 pack, to show one you must diet.
Enjoy your results!
I don’t know…I have heard people claim that it does but I haven’t seen much visible proof on the claimants. I think it is geared more towards people have been leading a somewhat sedentary life – people are more than just a little overweight and perhaps older women. I personally don’t find it appealing to me. I feel like I’m doing nothing If I’m not spending a minimum of one hour in the gym and prefer closer to 2 (and producing sweat and exhaution while at it).
a subscription to mens fitness is 1/2 the price, but is that b/c it sucks?
I’ve been a subscriber to Men’s Health for about 3 years now and I love it.
and if so how?
This is one of the most common questions in the fitness world. Having six pack abs turns a person into much more sexy and desirable, whether that person is a man or a woman. If you want to be one of the few that do succeed, follow some tips to getting six pack abs below:
- Don’t do the same abs exercises all the time — Your abs muscles need variety in order to properly develop. You see, your muscles become accustomed if you do the same exercises over and over again. When that happens, your muscles aren’t developing as they should. Change you abs workout routines every 4 weeks.
- Maintain a healthy diet — Many people starve themselves in the hopes of losing their stubborn belly fat. This is a mistake. Going on a low calorie diet disrupts muscle development. Your abs need food in order to develop. Make sure to eat a reasonable amount of food each day. Go for lean protein (chicken, turkey, eggs), whole grain bread, healthy carbs like yams and potatoes, fruit and vegetables. A healthy diet will lower your belly fat and help you build those six pack abs at the same time.
- Do cardio and full body strength exercises — Many people neglect doing cardiovascular activity or concentrate on their abdominal muscles alone. This is a mistake. You need to be fit all over in order to lose all your excess belly fat and bring out those sexy, ripped 6 pack abs. If you want to get six pack abs fast, make sure to do at least 2 cardiovascular workout sessions and 2 full body strength sessions each week.
Many people believe that getting six pack abs takes a long time. And for some it does. I can tell you from personal experience that it doesn’t have to be this way. You can get six pack abs in a matter of weeks. It all depends on how you do things. Follow the 3 tips that I’ve laid out, and you will have great results faster than you can believe.

Hi everyone.
I run on the treadmil everyday. Do hip hop once a week. Cycling twice a week. And yoga twice a week.
How can i get sexy abs and legs in addition to this, by august?
That depends on how much body fat you have to lose and how committed you are to losing it.
In brief you can lose upto 1 pound a week of weight of which nearly half will be fat this is using standard fitness, discipline and good eating and nutrition technique’s.
Also you may struggle to lose flab because of toxicity and a detox may help to allow your body to start changing shape.
Hi,
I am thinking about buying this eBook to get rid of some unwanted belly fat. But before I buy it I would like to know if it gives instructions on how to work out at home or if I have to go to the gym to do the recommended workout. I actually don’t like gym’s and would wanna do it at home.
The eBook is very good. It has at home workouts, ball exercises, and dumbbell workouts. It also includes information for more things you can do at home – stretching, recipes, stair exercises. A gym membership certainly wouldn’t hurt but this is very doable at home
Good luck!
There is also a fully refundable trial offer if you don’t want to buy the whole thing right away I believe…
hey i want a six pack but how long will it take and how can i get it i am willing to try anithing what should i eat and what exercises should ido? i am thin and would be easy to get one so any help would be great .
eat right, get those fats off you stomach and u get a six pack
1.) Jogging 3 times a week
2.) Limiting myself to a junk meal once a week
3.) six pack workouts every other day
Please note that i workout now as well, and am in quite good physical condition.
Flat stomach and hard abs yes six pack is genetic so it might not make a difference but you will look better. If you are only going to jog 3 times a week i would recommend swimming or biking the other days you need to do cardio everyday, also you don’t need to have any junk food just get better tasting good food, but I know sometimes you don’t have a choice.
Abs are a tough one. you must be disciplined. I work abs everyday. Do lots of crunches everyday… Actually, do reverse crunches or leg lifts first. This will focus more on the lower abs. It’s best to do lower abs first. Then do normal crunches. Again proper form is important… All that being said, It won’t do a lick of good without the proper diet and exercise. You’ll just have six pack abs covered by a layer of fat. Eat small healthy meals and get lots of exercise. It’s difficult to get/keep a six pack if you don’t work at it. There are several more ways to improve your abs, but that should get you started. Good luck!
